Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of Mountville Road Phase 2 Waterline Extension will be received by LCWSC (Laurens County Water and Sewer Commission-herein called the Owner) in the Commissioner’s Boardroom at the office of LCWSC, 3850 US Highway 221, Laurens, South Carolina 29360 until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, November 19th, 2009, at which time and place all BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered.  No Bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of bid opening.
