We constantly strive to provide high quality, professional, and courteous service to our customers. Whether you contact us by telephone, drop by our lobby, or stop at our drive-thru window, a courteous LCWSC employee will greet you. When it is necessary for one of our maintenance employees to service your water meter or sewer tap, you can also expect to be treated with the same courtesy. Our employees are easily recognizable wearing company uniforms and driving LCWSC vehicles.
